Role Description The Motor Control Firmware Engineer will design, implement, and optimize embedded firmware for BLDC motor controllers and related drive systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing motor control algorithms, writing and maintaining embedded C/C++ code, integrating firmware with hardware platforms, and performing rigorous testing and debugging of control features.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Embedded Software and Software Development for real-time control systems.
- Hands-on experience with Debugging embedded systems and working with ARM Architecture-based microcontrollers.
- Foundational knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts relevant to motor control,



power electronics, and hardware interfaces.
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded firmware, with familiarity in RTOS or bare-metal development.
- Understanding of motor control techniques (FOC, PWM, sensorless control) and communication interfaces (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C).
- Ability to read schematics, use lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer), and collaborate effectively with hardware teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in motor drives, robotics, drones, or e-mobility systems is an advantage.
