About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Artist who can create engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in motion design and video editing, along with a good understanding of AI-powered creative tools and generative AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Develop creative visual concepts based on campaign and brand requirements.
- Work on typography, transitions, visual effects, compositing, and animation.
- Edit and enhance video content for social media, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Content teams.
- Convert static designs into engaging motion-based content.
- Use AI tools to generate, enhance, animate, and experiment with creative content.
- Explore new AI tools and techniques to improve the speed and quality of creative production.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Keep up with current trends in motion design, social media content, AI-generated visuals, and digital advertising.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of animation principles, motion design, typography, transitions, and visual effects.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, digital ads, and other social platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for creative content generation and enhancement.
- Ability to use AI tools for image/video generation, animation, ideation, or creative experimentation.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert concepts into visually engaging content.
- Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects.

AI Skills – Preferred

Candidates with experience using tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Magnific, Freepik AI, or similar AI creative tools will be preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video work is required.
