About the Role

Flying Toads Academy is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphic Specialist who can create visually compelling, high-quality motion content for digital platforms, campaigns, branding, advertising, and social media.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, animation, visual storytelling, and AI-powered creative production . We are looking for someone who can independently take a concept from idea to final execution and bring a strong creative perspective to every project.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, brand films, and digital content .
- Develop creative concepts and translate storyboards, briefs, and ideas into engaging visual content.
- Handle projects independently from concept development to final delivery .
- Create visually impactful content for social media, advertising campaigns, branding, websites, and digital marketing.
- Work with typography, transitions, visual effects, compositing, 2D animation, and storytelling techniques.
- Edit and enhance video content while maintaining strong pacing, visual consistency, and brand aesthetics.
- Create engaging short-form content, reels, advertisements, and campaign creatives .
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, creative teams,



and marketing teams to execute projects.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Stay updated with current motion design, animation, video, and digital content trends .
- Explore and implement AI-based creative tools and workflows to improve production quality and efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe After Effects .
- Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator .
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, animation, composition, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling .
- Experience with 2D animation, visual effects, compositing, and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of social media video formats and digital content requirements.
- Good understanding of AI video generation and AI creative tools .
- Ability to combine traditional motion design with AI-generated visuals and workflows.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and independently develop the visual execution.
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, aesthetics, and storytelling.

Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with 3D motion graphics or animation .
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software.
- Experience working with AI video and image generation platforms.
- Experience in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, media, or creative agency .
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skilled motion graphics and video work.
- Experience creating content for brands, campaigns, advertisements, and social media.
