We are looking for a creative Graphic & Motion Designer for a reputed school in Hennur, Bangalore.

The role involves creating graphic designs, motion graphics, animated content, social media creatives, reels, and marketing visuals for the school's digital and offline communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create graphic designs for social media, website, campaigns, events, and school communications
- Develop motion graphics, animated creatives, reels, and short-form videos
- Create visual concepts based on campaign and content requirements
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, presentations, and promotional materials
- Convert ideas and briefs into engaging visual content
- Work with the marketing and content teams on campaigns and school initiatives
- Create content for school events, student achievements, admissions, and activities
- Maintain consistent branding across all designs
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within timelines

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics




- Strong Motion Graphics experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Experience creating social media creatives, reels, animations, and digital content
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and branding
- Good creative and visual communication skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and motion graphics work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred
- Experience in a school, education, EdTech, or marketing setting
- Experience creating promotional videos, animated campaigns, and social media content
- Knowledge of Canva or other creative tools
