Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves conceptualizing and creating motion graphics and animated content for marketing campaigns, property promotions, and brand communication across digital channels.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to develop visual storytelling assets, including promotional videos, social media content, and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, animating elements, editing video clips, incorporating audio, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines. The role also includes preparing files for various platforms, maintaining an organized asset library, and suggesting creative approaches to enhance visual impact and audience engagement.

Motion Graphics Designer:

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our Marketing & Brand team. This is a 70% Video, Motion & Reels + 30% Graphic Design role which will take care of Residential, Commercial, Brand and PR.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate creative briefs into engaging visual stories across social media, digital campaigns,



brand communication and project marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing, Brand and Performance teams to create premium, visually compelling content for CKPC Properties and its portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Video

- Create Reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, brand videos and digital films.
- Edit video footage with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, music and sound.
- Create social-first content optimised for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and digital campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics, animated typography, transitions and visual effects.
- Work with project renders, site footage, photography, testimonials and campaign assets.
- Adapt video content into multiple formats and platforms.
- Maintain a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency across all video output.

Creative Design

- Create static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, project marketing and brand communication.
- Develop campaign KVs, digital creatives, banners, posts and other marketing collateral.
- Translate campaign ideas into visually strong and contemporary designs.
- Maintain consistency with CKPC's visual identity and brand guidelines.

Experience Required

Must-Have

- 3–5 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in FCP, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Canva.
- Good proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of motion design, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging Reels and short-form video content.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video, motion and social-first content.
