Profile- Senior Motion Designer & Creative Technologist

Experience- 5-8 Years

Ctc- ₹10 LPA (Depends on interview)

Working days- 5 days (9:30am- 5:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities

- Motion Design & Video Production
- Create high-quality product videos, launch films, corporate films, customer pitch videos, explainers, case studies, and
- marketing campaigns.
- Develop sophisticated motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and compositing.
- Edit raw footage, generated content, product visuals, animations, and other assets into compelling finished films.
- Create storyboards, moodboards, shot lists, style frames, and visual concepts.
- Perform color grading, sound design, audio cleanup, music selection, and final finishing.
- Create content optimized for websites, social media, exhibitions, sales presentations, digital campaigns, and customer
- pitches.
- Maintain consistently high visual quality across different formats and platforms.

Generative AI &Creative; Technology

- Use generative AI tools as part of skilled creative production workflows.
- Create text-to-image, image-to-video, text-to-video, video-to-video, and reference-driven content.
- Develop advanced prompts for cinematic scenes, product visualization, environments, camera movement, lighting, and
- storytelling.
- Maintain visual and product consistency across AI-generated shots and sequences.
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditional motion graphics, editing, compositing, and post-production workflows.
- Experiment with and evaluate emerging creative AI tools and integrate useful technologies into production workflows.
- Use AI-assisted tools for image generation, video generation, voiceover, sound effects, music, upscaling, cleanup,
- masking, rotoscoping, and asset development where appropriate.




- Develop repeatable AI workflows that improve production speed without compromising quality.

Creative Direction & Storytelling

- Translate complex engineering and industrial technology concepts into clear, visually engaging stories.
- Develop creative concepts independently from business, marketing, product, and engineering briefs.
- Establish visual references, moodboards, pacing, visual language, and overall creative direction.
- Ensure typography, composition, animation, editing, sound, color, and visual effects work together cohesively.
- Maintain a premium and internationally relevant visual standard.
- Help establish and maintain Rugged Monitoring's visual and motion language across campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams.
- Understand technical products and convert engineering inputs into compelling customer-facing communication.
- Work effectively with incomplete inputs and develop creative solutions independently.
- Coordinate with external photographers, filmmakers, editors, voice artists, animators, agencies, and freelancers when
- required.
- Provide clear creative direction to external contributors and review their output for quality and consistency.

Required Skills

Motion Design & Editing

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent motion graphics and animation skills.
- Strong video editing and visual storytelling ability.
- Strong typography, composition, layout, and design fundamentals.




- Solid understanding of timing, pacing, transitions, framing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong compositing and visual effects skills.
- Experience with professional color grading and finishing.
- Good understanding of sound design, music, and audio enhancement.

Generative AI

Hands-on experience with several of the following or equivalent tools:

- Google Veo
- Kling
- Runway
- Higgsfield
- Midjourney
- Flux
- Adobe Firefly
- ComfyUI or similar node-based workflows
- AI voice, music, and sound-generation platforms
- AI upscaling and restoration tools

Candidates should understand more than prompting. They should be able to integrate generative AI into complete professional production workflows.

Storytelling & Design

- Strong storyboarding and concept-development skills.
- Excellent visual taste and attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Strong understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, camera movement, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create premium B2B and technology content rather than conventional corporate videos.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating content for industrial, engineering, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or B2B technology
- companies.
- Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software.
- Experience working with engineering drawings, CAD screenshots, technical diagrams, and product documentation.
- Experience creating campaign concepts and visual identities.
- Familiarity with photography and cinematography workflows.
- Experience directing freelancers, production partners, or agencies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, Film, Animation, Communication Design, or a related field.

Exceptional candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant professional experience may be considered regardless of formal educational background.
