Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion & Creative Designer with 0–2 year of experience who is passionate about motion graphics, visual storytelling, social media content and digital design.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator, along with a strong eye for design, typography, composition and animation. Freshers with a strong portfolio and good creative skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Design

Create engaging motion graphics, animations and short-form videos for digital platforms.

Design and animate social media Reels, promotional videos, explainers, product videos and campaign assets.

Animate typography, illustrations, icons, graphics and brand elements.

Edit video footage, add transitions, music, sound effects and motion graphics.

Create different video adaptations and formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.

Follow brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across motion assets.

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual stories.

Creative & Social Media Design

Create engaging static and animated creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.

Design social media posts, carousels, stories,



banners, thumbnails and campaign creatives.

Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches and brand communication.

Create digital advertisements and promotional assets.

Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layout and overall brand identity.

Stay updated with current design, motion, video and social media trends.

Make design improvements based on feedback and performance requirements.

Required Skills

Valuable hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.

Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, composition and colour.

Basic understanding of motion design principles such as timing, transitions, easing and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
