Role & responsibilities The Mother Teacher and Co-Teacher operate as a collaborative instructional unit responsible for the holistic development, academic foundation, and emotional well-being of young learners.
The Mother Teacher leads curriculum delivery, student assessment, and parent communication across core subjects (English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies/Science).
The Co-Teacher provides instructional support, co-manages classroom logistics, and delivers targeted one-on-one and small-group assistance. Together, they create a safe, warm, and structured environment where every child thrives.

Requirement
Mother Teacher/ Co-Teacher
Education
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in ECCE/NTT
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT/ECCE) preferred.
Experience-2-4 years in primary/pre-primary teaching
