Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion & Creative Designer with 0–2 year of experience who is passionate about motion graphics, visual storytelling, social media content and digital design.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator, along with a strong eye for design, typography, composition and animation. Freshers with a strong portfolio and good creative skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Design

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations and short-form videos for digital platforms.
- Design and animate social media Reels, promotional videos, explainers, product videos and campaign assets.
- Animate typography, illustrations, icons, graphics and brand elements.
- Edit video footage, add transitions, music, sound effects and motion graphics.
- Create different video adaptations and formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Follow brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across motion assets.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual stories.

Creative & Social Media Design

- Create engaging static and animated creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories,



banners, thumbnails and campaign creatives.
- Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches and brand communication.
- Create digital advertisements and promotional assets.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layout and overall brand identity.
- Stay updated with current design, motion, video and social media trends.
- Make design improvements based on feedback and performance requirements.

Required Skills

- Good hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
- Valuable knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, composition and colour.
- Basic understanding of motion design principles such as timing, transitions, easing and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
- Wilingness to work in a first pace inviorment.
