- Create a protected, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Plan and conduct Montessori-based activities appropriate for children's age and development.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development.
- Observe and understand individual learning needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure proper classroom management.
- Develop teaching materials and creative learning activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
- Maintain attendance,
activity records, and student-related documentation.
- Participate in school events, activities, and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field.
- Montessori training/certification will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude toward children.
- Ability to manage young learners effectively.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in teaching are welcome to apply.
