About the Role LiveSecure is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Monitoring Executive to join our growing team. The role involves real-time monitoring of security guards, tracking checkpoint activity, identifying incidents, and maintaining accurate operational reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security guards' activities through monitoring systems and calls.
- Track guard attendance, activities, and compliance with assigned protocols.
- Verify checkpoint scanning and ensure guards follow required procedures.
- Monitor activities in real time and identify any irregularities or incidents.
- Prepare shift-wise reports covering guard performance, incidents, and exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues when required.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. (mandatory)
- Robust attention to detail and observation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with reporting systems.
- Ability to remain alert and focused during monitoring shifts.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends.
