Isiri Technologies INC is looking to hire experienced MongoDB/CouchDB Developers through the Eazyway Platform. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, CouchDB, database design, performance tuning, optimization, complex query development, and advanced indexing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of database architecture, performance optimization, query execution, indexing strategies, and troubleshooting complex database issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. MongoDB & CouchDB Development

- Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using MongoDB and CouchDB.
- Develop scalable database structures based on application requirements.
- Manage and optimize NoSQL databases for high-performance applications.
- Analyze existing database implementations and recommend improvements.
- Ensure database solutions follow appropriate development and performance standards.

2. Database Design

- Design efficient and scalable database schemas and data models.
- Analyze application requirements and translate them into effective database designs.
- Design collections, documents, relationships, and data structures based on business requirements.
- Ensure database architecture supports scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Review existing database designs and identify areas for optimization.
- Complex Query Development
- Write and optimize complex MongoDB/CouchDB queries.
- Analyze query execution and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Develop efficient queries for large datasets and high-volume applications.
- Optimize database operations to reduce response time and resource consumption.
- Troubleshoot query-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Advanced Indexing
- Design and implement appropriate indexing strategies.
- Analyze query patterns and determine suitable indexes.
- Optimize existing indexes to improve database performance.




- Monitor index usage and identify unnecessary or inefficient indexes.
- Balance indexing requirements with storage and write-performance considerations.
- Performance Tuning & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze database performance.
- Identify bottlenecks related to queries, indexes, database design, and resource utilization.
- Perform database performance tuning and optimization.
- Implement solutions to improve query response time and overall application performance.
- Continuously evaluate database performance and recommend improvements.
- Database Troubleshooting
- Investigate complex database issues and identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot performance, query, indexing, and data-related problems.
- Analyze database errors and application-level database issues.
- Work closely with development and technical teams to resolve database problems.
- Provide technical recommendations to prevent recurring database issues.

7. Collaboration & Technical Support

- Collaborate with application developers, architects, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support development teams with database design and query optimization.
- Participate in technical discussions and architecture reviews.
- Document database designs, optimization approaches, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Follow database development and operational best practices.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in MongoDB, CouchDB, or related NoSQL database development.
- Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB and/or CouchDB.
- Strong understanding of NoSQL database design and architecture.
- Experience designing scalable database structures and data models.
- Robust experience with complex query writing and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with advanced indexing strategies.
- Strong experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong understanding of database performance issues and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze query execution and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
