We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Monitoring Officer - Operations to oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of operational processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective measures. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and evaluating operational workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Identifying and addressing inefficiencies or bottlenecks in processes.
- Preparing and analyzing reports on operational performance and presenting insights to management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and maintaining service quality.
- Training and mentoring team members on operational protocols and best practices.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

- Operational Efficiency: Ensure at least 95% compliance with established operational protocols.
- Reporting Accuracy:



Deliver detailed and accurate operational reports within defined timelines.
- Issue Resolution: Achieve a resolution rate of operational issues within 24-48 hours of identification.
- Process Improvement: Propose and implement at least two process improvement initiatives per quarter.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between operational teams, achieving seamless workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations monitoring or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
