- Perform breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and mould maintenance on plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions using problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in the petrochemical/plastics/rubber industry.
- Robust knowledge of breakdown analysis, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
