We are looking for a CRM Campaign Executive with strong hands-on experience in MoEngage and customer engagement campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Push, SMS, Email and customer Journey campaigns using MoEngage.
- Create and configure MoEngage Flows/Journeys based on campaign requirements.
- Manage audience creation, segmentation, scheduling and frequency capping.
- Perform campaign QA/UAT, deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Troubleshoot campaign and Journey issues and coordinate resolution.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Execute A/B testing and improve campaign engagement.
- Work with RFM, behavioural and lifecycle-based customer segmentation.
- Support high-volume and business-critical CRM campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing, product and other stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM/Marketing Automation.
- Robust hands-on experience with MoEngage or similar platforms.
- Experience with Push, SMS, Email and automated customer Journeys.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and CRM analytics.
- Experience with campaign optimization and A/B testing.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience managing high-volume CRM campaigns.
- Experience working with RFM and lifecycle-based segmentation.
- Understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Ability to work on weekend or business-critical campaigns when required.
