Job Title: Production Supervisor – Modular Furniture Factory

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production in our modular furniture factory.

Experience: 2–5 years in Modular Furniture / Interior Furniture Production

Responsibilities

● Plan and coordinate daily production

● Manage Cutting, Edge Banding, Boring and Assembly

● Allocate work to workers and follow up on completion

● Check material availability and production requirements

● Maintain production quality and accuracy

● Track pending jobs and delivery schedules

● Coordinate with workers and machine operators

● Ensure production targets are completed on time

● Submit a simple daily production report

Requirements





● Hands-on experience in modular furniture production

● Good knowledge of factory production workflow

● Ability to manage and coordinate workers

● Responsible, disciplined and result-oriented

● Basic computer/Excel knowledge preferred

● Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
