HDFC Bank is building a core GenAI Validation capability, and we are looking for experienced professionals who can challenge, stress-test and strengthen AI systems before they go live.

? What you’ll do
- Independently validate GenAI solutions across accuracy, safety, robustness and compliance
- Deep dive into prompt strategies, retrieval quality, guardrails, evaluation frameworks and monitoring
- Identify hidden risks,
challenge assumptions and uncover potential failure points before production deployment
- Provide clear, independent risk opinions and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
? Who we’re looking for We are looking for professionals with 15+ years of experience and strong exposure to one or more of:
- GenAI / LLMs / RAG / AI Agents
- AI Model Risk Management or Model Validation
- AI Governance and Responsible AI
- Prompt Engineering, Embeddings and AI Evaluation
- Risk, Controls and Governance in complex technology environments
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can think beyond checklists, challenge assumptions confidently and bring independent judgement to complex AI systems. ⚡ This is not a passive or routine role.
