Key Responsibilities
- Develop recent beverage recipes and presentations.
- Develop product applications and support menu enhancement.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
- Troubleshoot product/application-related issues.
- Conduct product and application training for customers.
- Participate in beverage-related events.
- Conduct customer visits and prepare visit reports.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
