Work Description

- Requirement analysis of product requirements.
- Hardware design and development.
- Integration of hardware modules.
- Hardware-level verification and product release.
- Documentation of lessons learned and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product requirements and translate them into hardware requirements.
- Design and develop ECU hardware modules.
- Perform circuit design, simulation, and hardware verification.
- Integrate hardware modules and support product release activities.
- Prepare test plans, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Perform board-level testing and troubleshooting.
- Support supplier-driven hardware changes and evaluate their impact.
- Conduct datasheet comparisons and worst-case analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable EMI/EMC and reliability standards.
- Document lessons learned and best practices.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Mandatory

- Good understanding of hardware requirements and their illustration.




- Strong knowledge of circuit design and simulation.
- Experience in test plan creation and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience and good knowledge of the Automotive Hardware domain.
- Experience with datasheet comparison and worst-case analysis.
- Good knowledge of analog, digital, and power electronics circuits.
- Exposure to board-level testing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of hardware verification, including test plan preparation, testing, and test report documentation.
- Experience in handling supplier-driven changes.
- Knowledge of international EMI/EMC and reliability standards.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Good English language proficiency.

Advantage
- Basic knowledge of functional safety standards such as ISO 26262.
- Knowledge of DRBFM.
