Designation: Mobility AssociateDepartment: International Affairs

Role Overview To support the day-to-day operations of TDV’s International Relations function, with a focus on student mobility, international programmes, partner communication, documentation and coordination. The role will work closely with students, faculty, international partner institutions and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Mobility: Coordinate exchange, immersion and study-abroad applications, nominations, documentation, Learning Agreements and student communication.
- Research & Analysis: Ability to research international universities, programmes, mobility opportunities, higher education trends and potential institutional partners, and present findings in a clear and structured manner.
- International Programmes: Support the operational coordination of exchange semesters, TDV Italy,Summer Schools and other international initiatives.
- Maintain Relationship: Manage routine communication and follow-ups with international partner institutions and maintain updated partnership records.
- Documentation & Data: Maintain international student and partner databases, mobility records, visa information and programme reports.
- Student Support:



Act as a point of contact for students throughout the application and mobility process, ensuring timely guidance and follow-ups.
- Events, Workshops & Visits: Assist in organising and representing TDV in events, partner visits, workshops, orientations and student engagement activities.
- Internal Coordination: Work with academic, administration, finance and students to ensure smooth implementation of international programmes.

Role Objective To provide strong support to the International Relations function, enabling the institution for expansion of global network, strategic partnerships and long term global initiatives. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
