– Mobile Architect (Mobile & Java)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with 10–15 years of experience in designing and building scalable mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js, Flutter, Native mobile development, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with architectural leadership. This role requires balancing hands-on technical expertise with strategic decision-making to guide engineering teams toward building robust, maintainable, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Define and implement scalable, modular, and secure application architectures across mobile and web platforms.

Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, review code, and enforce best practices in mobile and backend development.

System Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to design seamless APIs and microservices integration.

Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging tools, frameworks,



and libraries to recommend adoption where beneficial.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Mobile Expertise: Deep knowledge of React Native, Flutter, and Native mobile app development.

Java & Spring Boot: Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Frontend Ecosystem: Experience with React.js, TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, and up-to-date testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).

Architecture Patterns: Proficiency in micro-frontend architecture, component-driven design, and modularization.

Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS/GCP for deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and scalability.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work across teams and influence technical direction.

Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams, conducting design reviews, and driving technical excellence.
