JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and guest-focused Mixologist responsible for preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, and other drinks while maintaining excellent standards of taste, presentation, consistency, hygiene, and service.

The Mixologist will contribute to beverage innovation, guest engagement, bar operations, inventory control, and maintaining a professional and welcoming bar workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, mocktails, mojitos, fresh juices, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, mixers, bitters, syrups, garnishes, and beverage ingredients.
- Create innovative cocktails and mocktails based on guest preferences, seasonal ingredients, and beverage trends.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, presentation, temperature, and garnishing.
- Follow standard recipes and appropriate measuring techniques to ensure beverage quality and cost control.
- Complete daily bar mise-en-place, including preparation of garnishes, syrups, mixers, ice, glassware, and other requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter, workstation, equipment, glassware, and storage areas.
- Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, ingredients, garnishes, and operating supplies.
- Assist with daily inventory, stock requisitions, breakage control, and proper storage of beverage products.
- Handle bar equipment safely and report any malfunction or maintenance requirement to the concerned supervisor.
- Interact professionally with guests, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable beverages.
- Provide excellent guest service and handle guest feedback professionally.




- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth beverage and food service.
- Support beverage service during banquets, events, private functions, and peak business periods.
- Follow all applicable food safety, hygiene, responsible beverage service, and hotel standards.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain proper records and ensure all bar procedures are followed.
- Support the F&B; team in achieving beverage sales and guest satisfaction targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience:

- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a reputed hotel, restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality establishment.
- Candidates with luxury/upscale hotel or premium restaurant experience will be preferred.

Education:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Bartending, or a relevant qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹11,480.32 - ₹100,000.00 per month
