We are looking for an MIS Support / Compliance Support professional who will be responsible for data analysis, process compliance monitoring, reporting, KPI tracking, audit coordination, and maintaining departmental records. The candidate should possess strong Excel skills and be capable of generating reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills
- Perform Excel data churning, grouping, categorization, and pivot analysis.
- Track incoming releases and monitor production deployments.
- Monitor process compliance and departmental KPIs.
- Conduct trend analysis and generate management reports.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for reporting and visualization.
- Track and manage ISO-related activities.
- Verify deliverables for each release and report status updates.
- Maintain vendor deliverables and SLA statistics.
- Generate and maintain reports for application security testing.
- Coordinate and schedule security testing across teams and applications.
- Schedule SOP reviews and create/revise SOP documents as required.
- Track and report departmental employee activities.
- Maintain and track closure of letters from external stakeholders.
- Maintain, track, and report closure of audit observations and action items.
- Track employee training activities and completion status.
- Prepare presentation slides for MRM meetings.
- Prepare quarterly review presentations for application releases.
- Ensure compliance with departmental processes and audit requirements.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and advanced Excel features.
- Experience in Data Grouping, Pivot Tables, Data Categorization, and Reporting.
- Knowledge of KPI monitoring and trend analysis.
- Experience in compliance tracking and audit coordination.
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, and presentation slides.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tracking activities.
