Job Summary

Mahabodhi Global Foundation is looking for an experienced Digital Communication & MIS Project Manager to support government and development-sector projects involving digital communication, IEC/SBCC, social media, MIS, dashboards and technology-enabled programmes.

The selected professional will be responsible for project coordination, digital programme planning, proposal development, client coordination, MIS/reporting and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate digital communication, IEC/SBCC and technology-enabled projects.
- Manage digital campaigns, social media, MIS, dashboards and online communication activities.
- Analyse RFPs, EOIs, tenders and project opportunities related to digital communication and development programmes.
- Contribute to technical proposals, presentations, concept notes and project strategies.
- Coordinate with government departments, PSUs, institutional clients and project stakeholders.
- Support project implementation, monitoring, MIS and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal creative, technical, project and field teams.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS records and professional reports.
- Provide technical support to multidisciplinary project teams across India.
- Travel as required for project meetings, implementation and organisational assignments.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate qualification preferred; relevant professional qualifications may also be considered.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in digital communication,



IEC/SBCC, MIS, social media, development programmes, government projects or technology-enabled programmes.
- Strong understanding of digital communication, social media, MIS and dashboard-based reporting.
- Experience in proposal development, presentations and project documentation.
- Solid analytical, communication, coordination and technical writing skills.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- English and Hindi proficiency required; regional-language knowledge will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.

Preferred Experience Experience with Central/State Government programmes, PSUs, development-sector organisations, consulting firms, PMU/PMC assignments, UNICEF/World Bank-supported projects or implementing agencies will be an advantage.
