Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain University → Programme → Batch → Semester → Student masters
- Consolidate operational data across university and Future First systems
- Maintain student onboarding and progression MIS
- Track academic coordination metrics
- Track Student Support volumes, SLA and ageing
- Track higher-semester fee collection and continuation
- Track LMS access/activity and relevant learner data
- Build university-wise and management dashboards
- Reconcile CRM, LMS, Finance and university data
- Identify discrepancies and drive closure
- Produce weekly/monthly operational MIS
- Highlight exceptions, risks and trends requiring action
- Establish common data definitions and reporting formats




- Automate recurring reporting wherever possible
- Support university reviews with relevant data

Qualification:

Master’s / Postgraduate in any discipline

Experience

- 4 to 7 Years

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
