Role :- MIS Operation

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Affluent Banking business.
- Analyze customer, sales, portfolio, and productivity data to support decision-making.
- Track business performance against targets and share actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across various systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other MIS tools.
- Coordinate with business, operations, finance, and technology teams for data requirements.
- Monitor KPIs, customer acquisition, revenue, and portfolio growth metrics.
- Support management with presentations, budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews.




- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Eligibility

- Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1 to 5+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or banking operations.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and automation tools is preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
