MIS Executive – Warehouse

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage warehouse MIS, inventory reporting, stock tracking, and daily operational data for our Ahmedabad warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely reporting of stock and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for warehouse operations.
- Maintain records of inward, outward, dispatch, stock movement, GRN, and inventory.
- Track SKU-wise stock availability, consumption, ageing, and movement.
- Monitor warehouse stock and identify shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and prepare variance reports.
- Maintain and update records of POs, GRNs, DCs, invoices, and other warehouse documents.
- Track incoming materials and ensure all inward entries are updated accurately.
- Monitor dispatches and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely documentation and closure.
- Prepare reports related to machine/product requirements, stock consumption, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and warehouse teams for stock-related requirements.




- Maintain daily warehouse productivity and operational reports.
- Follow up on pending GRNs, dispatches, stock adjustments, and other open items.
- Analyse warehouse data and highlight important discrepancies or operational gaps to the reporting manager.
- Ensure all MIS reports are accurate and submitted within the defined timelines.
- Support the warehouse team during stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Perform other MIS and reporting activities assigned by the manager.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, filters, sorting, etc.
- Valuable understanding of MIS and inventory reporting.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and meet deadlines.
- ERP/Warehouse Management System experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or any relevant field.
- Experience in MIS, warehouse, inventory, logistics, FMCG, retail, or operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
