MIS Executive | Advanced Excel & Reporting | Good English | Night Shift | Pune | Urgent Requirement

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team in Pune and work with international clients.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Location: Pune

Work Mode: 100% On-Site — No Work From Home

Assessment: On-site assessment round is mandatory

Shift: Night / Rotational Shifts aligned with US client hours

Client Interaction: Communication with international/US clients and internal teams

English Communication: Valuable verbal and written English is mandatory

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in MIS Reporting / Data Analysis

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query

Good to Have: Power BI, SQL

Budget: Up to ₹4 LPA

Joining: Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Maintain operational and performance reports with high data accuracy.
- Work on Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and identify data discrepancies.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards and automated trackers.
- Handle ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting.
- Communicate with international/US clients when required.
- Manage multiple reporting requirements while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting.
- Good understanding of Pivot Tables,



VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.
- Experience in data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with international/US clients.
- Comfortable working night and rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work 100% on-site in Pune.
- Willingness to attend the assessment round on-site in Pune.
