Hiring an MIS Executive for a Retail & Apparel organization in Topsia, Kolkata.

We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS / Retail Reporting and strong hands-on expertise in Google Sheets.

Key Requirements:

- Strong Google Sheets expertise
- Sales MIS / Retail MIS reporting
- Advanced formulas: SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, QUERY, FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IFERROR, ARRAYFORMULA
- Pivot Tables & dashboards
- Data cleaning, validation & reconciliation
- Sales analysis by product, style, category, colour, designer & month
- Top/bottom product analysis and sales trend reporting
- Automation of repetitive MIS reports
- Valuable analytical and numerical skills
- Retail / Apparel / Fashion / Lifestyle experience preferred
