Position Summary The MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining project data, preparing accurate progress reports, updating MIS dashboards, coordinating with site teams, and supporting management with timely reporting for Telecom & OFC projects.
3. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Update work progress, manpower deployment, equipment utilization and material consumption records.
- Maintain project MIS databases, trackers and dashboards with accurate information.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and field teams for timely collection of project data.
- Submit accurate and timely reports to management and clients.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
- Verify project data before report submission to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support project planning by maintaining project documentation and historical records.
- Assist in generating analytical reports, charts and management presentations.

6. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS, reporting or project coordination, preferably in Telecom/OFC or infrastructure projects.
