Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Manager to oversee data management, reporting, and business insights across departments. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in the form of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support business decision-making.

The MIS Manager will be responsible for maintaining databases, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data accuracy, and developing dashboards and reports using Excel and other reporting tools.

Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Data Management

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Maintain structured databases and ensure data integrity

Data Analysis & Insights

- Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and performance insights
- Provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments

Reporting & Dashboarding





- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports
- Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for reporting
- Support automation and improvement of reporting processes

Cross-functional Support

- Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis requirements

Skills & Requirements

- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or data visualization tools (preferred)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Positive communication skills to present data insights effectively

Experience

- Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analytics roles

Location Kompally, Hyderabad

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
