Job Title: Data Entry & MIS Executive – Operations

Location: Vyttila, Kochi

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & MIS Executive to handle data management, MIS reporting, documentation, and day-to-day operational activities at our Vyttila location.

The ideal candidate should have good Excel skills, accuracy in data handling, reporting ability, and a proactive approach to operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Collect data from different departments and consolidate it into reports.
- Monitor and update operational records and databases.
- Check data accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect required data and status updates.
- Support day-to-day operational activities and follow up on pending tasks.




- Prepare reports for management as and when required.
- Maintain employee/student/customer-related operational data as assigned.
- Assist the operations team with documentation, coordination, and other administrative activities.
- Perform other MIS and operational tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Operations, or similar roles preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF will be an advantage.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and data-handling skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Should be organized, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple operational tasks.

Location: Vyttila, Kochi Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
