Job Purpose To manage sales-related MIS, data reporting, analysis, and coordination with the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely business reports to support daily sales operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS.
- Track sales vs. target, achievement %, industry volume, and market share (MS).
- Prepare depot-wise, territory-wise, and salesperson-wise performance reports.
- Maintain and update sales, stock, billing, primary and secondary sales data.
- Monitor target achievement and identify gaps against planned business.
- Prepare reports related to brand-wise sales, SKU-wise performance, and outlet coverage.
- Maintain RTM, outlet universe, visit, productivity, and distribution-related MIS.
- Coordinate with the sales team for data collection, validation, and timely submission of reports.
- Prepare presentations and dashboards for monthly reviews and management meetings.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all MIS before sharing with management.




- Maintain proper records of historical sales data for analysis and future planning.
- Support the sales team in ad-hoc data analysis and management reporting.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, charts, filters, etc.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and preparation of management presentations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales/distribution MIS will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, sales operations, FMCG, beverage, or distribution-related roles preferred.

Working Requirements
- Regular coordination with Sales Officers/TSEs, Area Sales Managers, distributors/depot teams, and management.
- Must be comfortable working with daily sales data and time-sensitive reports.
