Role & Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automated MIS reports and executive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SQL-based data sources.
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple internal systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to define key metrics, KPIs, and SLAs that align with business goals.
- Identify data quality issues, recommend fixes, and implement validation rules to improve reporting reliability.
- Automate recurring reports using Macros, VBA,



or Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.
- Present insights to stakeholders through clear, data-driven presentations and visual storyboards that influence strategy.

- Power BI

- ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally)
- Data Visualization
- KPI Dashboard Design
- ETL Concepts
- Google Data Studio (or Looker)
