Our analysts transform raw data from ERP, CRM, and operational systems into intuitive visualizations and actionable KPIs—helping leadership teams optimize cost, revenue, and process efficiency at scale. Role & Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automated MIS reports and executive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SQL-based data sources.
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple internal systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to define key metrics, KPIs, and SLAs that align with business goals.
- Identify data quality issues, recommend fixes, and implement validation rules to improve reporting reliability.
- Automate recurring reports using Macros, VBA,



or Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.
- Present insights to stakeholders through clear, data-driven presentations and visual storyboards that influence strategy.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Power BI
- Excel (Advanced)
- SQL
- ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally)
- Data Visualization
- KPI Dashboard Design
- ETL Concepts
- Google Data Studio (or Looker)

Preferred

- Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Power Automate / VBA
- Experience in SaaS or B2B analytics environments
