Support the Sourcing Head by MIS reports, dashboards, data analysis, and actionable insights to improve IHD, alignment , MTO delivery performance, and overall sourcing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MIS and Dashboard Management
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain weekly and monthly sourcing data.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Identify and highlight trends, gaps, and key business insights for management review.
1. Data Analysis and KPI Monitoring
- Analyze inventory holding days and track /build the system to drive skillset wise tracking IHD
- Monitor product delivery schedules and assess alignment with customer orders.
- Track sourcing KPIs, identify deviations, and prepare corrective action plans.
- Follow up on the implementation of action plans and report progress.
1. Coordination and Support
- Coordinate with regions, supply chain,
and other teams to obtain timely and accurate data.
- Follow up on identified gaps and corrective actions.
- Support the Sourcing Head with data-driven insights and decision-making.

- Customer order alignment reports and insight and recommedations.
- KPI gap and action-plan reports

Key Skills:
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and dashboard preparation
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Good understanding of MIS and KPI reporting
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
