Job Title: MIS Analyst

Job Requirements

- 25 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or business operations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables,

lookups, data cleaning, data validation, and visualization.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and other Microsoft tools.
- Experience in the FMCG industry, with an understanding of sales, distribution,

inventory, targets, achievements, and related business reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Excel and large datasets.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales,

Operations, Marketing, IT, and E-commerce teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and

improve or automate reporting processes.
- Ability to independently build reports and dashboards rather than simply following

predefined formats.




- Experience creating management dashboards and KPI reports.
- Valuable understanding of sales-related metrics.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role, preferably within the

FMCG industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables,

and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of any additional regional

language will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good understanding of FMCG business processes and reporting requirements
