Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our field sales and technical teams. This role involves daily coordination with technical employees, tracking product movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, and driving efficiency in the sales process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless product dispatches, optimizing sales routes, and supporting demo to-conversion activities.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Coordination with Technical Employees

• Conduct daily morning check-ins with all technical staff to confirm attendance and deployment.

- Ensure technical employees are briefed on daily targets, routes, and customer visits.
- Act as a communication bridge between sales, technical, and warehouse teams. 2.

Product

Management &

• Dispatch:
- Monitor and track daily product consumption by technical teams.




- Verify and document dispatch quantities and reconcile with daily consumption reports. 3.

Inventory Management

• Maintain and update daily inventory records.

- Secondary Updates:
- Collect and compile monthly secondary sales data from the field teams.
- Analyze sales trends and highlight discrepancies or issues to the sales manager.
- Demo Conversions &
- Follow-Ups:
- Track all product demos conducted by the team.
- Follow up on demo outcomes and document conversion rates. 6.

Salon

Development &

• Route Planning:
- Identify and onboard new salons as per business strategy.
- Create and assign efficient visit routes to technical and sales.

Pay: ₹10,127.92 - ₹25,110.79 per month
