Roles Responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and accomplish the production targets of mines and plants.
- Ensuring optimal accomplishment of OEE.
- Ensure safe operations with focus on cost reduction and quality enhancement.
- Benchmark best in class operations and mine planning procedure across mining industries to ensure operational excellence.
- Work on focused improvement projects with cross functional teams to accomplish excellence.
- Harmonious and outcome-oriented working with MDOs and internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for overall Health, Safety Workplace performance of mining operations.
- Accountable to communicate IMS VSGS objectives to all concerned and create awareness on their role in achieving the targets in mining operations.
- To liaison with DGMS to ensure compliance and smooth functioning of mining operations.
- Carry out all duties and responsibilities as per Metalliferous Mines Regulations Act, 1961.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ore and waste at mines
Experiences Qualification : B.E. in Mining (First class Mines Manager Certification in Metal) with 8+ years of experience will be preferred.
