- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
- Develop dashboards and presentations for operational and project performance tracking
- Consolidate data from Projects, Finance, Sales, HR, and other departments
- Track key business KPIs and highlight trends, gaps, and deviations
Data Analysis & Business Support
- Analyze operational and project data to support decision-making
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and project performance analysis
- Support preparation of review decks, trackers, and management summaries
- Generate ad-hoc reports and data insights as required by leadership
Coordination & Process Management
- Coordinate with multiple departments for timely collection and validation of data
- Follow up on action items, project updates, and operational deliverables
- Support process standardization and reporting automation initiatives
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of business data across reports and systems
Systems & Dashboard Management
- Work on ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle for data extraction and reporting
- Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and Excel-based trackers
- Ensure reporting timelines and documentation standards are maintained
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, or operations reporting
• Experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction industry preferred
