Mineral Processing Engineer / Process Engineer – Production

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or related field

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and optimize mineral processing and plant operations.
- Analyze process parameters and identify deviations affecting recovery, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance plant efficiency.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Perform material balance and analyze process losses and recoveries.
- Work closely with Production, Refinery, Quality, Laboratory and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor equipment and process performance and recommend improvements.
- Support plant trials, process modifications, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare process reports, operating data, and performance analysis.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring process issues.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, HSE requirements, and process controls.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mineral Processing / Chemical Engineering / Metallurgy.




- 2–5 years of relevant experience in mineral processing, process engineering, chemical processing, metallurgy, refinery, or similar process industries.
- Hands-on experience in plant/process operations and optimization.
- Good knowledge of material balance, process control, recovery, and process troubleshooting.
- Experience in precious metals, mineral processing, or refining will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
