Job Summary

Technical Specialist: Identity Core Responsibilities Support and maintain Identity Management services and technologies. Resolve complex incidents, problems and technical issues. Deliver technical changes and platform enhancements.

Maintain and enhance Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). Develop and support MIM synchronisation services, workflows, rules extensions and identity integrations. Support identity lifecycle management, provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

Develop and maintain integrations between MIM, HR systems, Active Directory and business applications. Deliver automation and service improvement initiatives. Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.

Support platform upgrades, migrations and operational activities. Work with suppliers and support partners to resolve technical issues.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).

- Strong experience developing and supporting MIM Synchronisation Service, Management Agents, Metaverse design, Attribute Flows, Workflows and Rules Extensions.

- Solid C# development experience, including MIM Rules Extensions and custom identity solutions.

- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

- Experience developing and supporting identity integrations, APIs and connectors.

- Experience supporting identity lifecycle management, provisioning and deprovisioning services.

- Experience troubleshooting complex identity platform issues.

- Strong understanding of Active Directory and identity-related technologies.

- Experience producing technical documentation and operational support procedures.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Entra ID / Microsoft cloud identity services.

- Experience with RBAC, access governance and identity lifecycle controls.

- Experience supporting identity platform migrations or modernisation programmes.
