Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mig welder role based in Kanpur Nagar. The Mig welder will set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate, repair, and assemble metal components according to technical drawings and work orders.

Daily tasks include preparing materials, positioning and clamping workpieces, performing quality checks on welds, and finishing welded parts for accuracy and durability. The role also involves routine equipment maintenance, adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements, and collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet production targets. The welder is expected to follow established procedures, maintain a clean work area,



and complete documentation related to jobs and inspections.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid MIG Welding skills with hands-on experience in production or fabrication environments.
- Candidates should possess Welding and Arc Welding skills for working across different welding tasks as required.
- Candidates should possess TIG Welding skills for precision work on specific materials and components.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including properties of metals, thickness, and appropriate welding parameters.
- Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of workplace safety practices and use of protective equipment.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in an industrial or workshop setting; relevant certification or technical training in welding is preferred.
- Candidates should possess basic physical fitness to handle standing work, lifting moderate loads, and operating tools throughout the shift.
