Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Architect with strong architectural design and technical skills to join our team. The candidate should be capable of independently developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings, creating presentations and visualizations, and coordinating with consultants and site teams.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable balance of design thinking, technical knowledge, visualization skills, and project coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals based on project requirements.
- Prepare and develop plans, sections, elevations, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Translate design concepts into practical and technically feasible solutions.
- Prepare client presentations, design presentations, and architectural graphics.
- Develop 3D models and architectural views for design development and presentations.
- Create and edit architectural visualizations using Lumion.
- Use Photoshop for post-production, presentation layouts, image enhancement, and architectural graphics.
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Coordinate with clients and incorporate design requirements and revisions.
- Participate in site visits and coordinate with contractors and execution teams.
- Review site work against approved drawings and design intent.
- Identify design and execution issues and assist in resolving them.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, and project documentation.




- Manage assigned tasks and deliverables within project timelines.
- Coordinate with junior architects and assist them with drawings and design development when required.

Required Software Skills

Mandatory:

- AutoCAD – Strong proficiency in architectural drawings and documentation.
- Photoshop – Good knowledge of architectural presentation, post-production, and graphic composition.
- Lumion – Good knowledge of 3D visualization, materials, lighting, landscaping, and rendering.

Additional Skills:

- SketchUp
- Revit
- D5 Render
- Enscape
- 3ds Max
- Other relevant architectural visualization software

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning, detailing, materials, and construction.
- Good knowledge of working drawings and architectural documentation.
- Experience in consultant coordination and site coordination.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle assigned projects and responsibilities.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
