Position Title: Service Professional - Business Process Automation

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing and developing business process automation solutions, integrating AI-driven capabilities, and building robust applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the creation of intelligent, automated business solutions aimed at enhancing productivity and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Process Automation:
- Analyse and understand business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop custom connectors and integrate third-party services to enhance automation capabilities.

- Power Platform Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Create data models, workflows, and user interfaces that meet business requirements.
- Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services such as Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, etc.

- Copilot Studio Agent Development
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents using Copilot Studio to automate business processes and enhance user experiences.
- Integrate Copilot agents with Power Platform and other enterprise systems.
- Continuously improving agent capabilities based on user feedback and business needs.

- AI Integration:
- Incorporate AI and machine learning models into Power Platform solutions to enhance functionality.




- Develop and implement AI-driven features such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and image recognition, etc.

- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and IT professionals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of developed solutions.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience developing Copilot Studio agents.
- Experience with AI and machine learning models and their integration into business applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, especially those related to AI and machine learning.

- Experience:
- A profile with 5+ years of experience in application development and business process automation.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying successful Power Platform solutions.
- Experience in implementing AI-driven features and solutions.
