Manage and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment, including configuration, deployment, and policy management.

Oversee the enrollment, configuration, and management of mobile and desktop devices using Intune.

Package, deploy, and manage software applications and updates across managed devices.

Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards on all managed devices.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for issues related to device management and Intune.

Develop and maintain scripts (e.g. PowerShell) to automate device management tasks.

Generate reports on device compliance, software inventory, and other metrics.

Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and changes.

Work closely with other IT teams, including security, network, and support teams, to ensure smooth operations and integration of managed devices within the enterprise environment.

Deep understanding of managing Windows, iOS, and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
