As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the documentation of integration strategy endpoints and mapping data flows to ensure seamless connectivity across systems. The role requires active participation throughout the project life-cycle, from understanding requirements to supporting coding, testing, deployment, and operational phases. Working closely with the Architect, the practitioner ensures that integration efforts align with overarching business objectives, facilitating smooth collaboration among various teams and contributing to the overall success of integration initiatives.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and clarify integration requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of integration processes and tools.
- Monitor integration processes to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in designing and implementing data flows and endpoint configurations within complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with software development life-cycle processes including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- 7 – 10 years hands on- Model Driven app development - Should have knowledge of - Basics, Customization, Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automates, OOB feature exposures, Configuration based approach, Scenario based questions and thought process, Troubleshooting, Canvas App, Custom Pages, Power Pages, Valuable to have PCF.
