Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.

- Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins using C#/.NET.

- Create and customize CRM workflows and business processes.

- Develop JavaScript, Web Resources, and client-side customizations.

- Work with Dynamics 365 Web API and endpoints for integrations.

- Manage Dynamics 365 Solutions and Apps across development, testing, and deployment environments.

- Develop .NET/C# console applications and web applications.

- Build ASP.NET Core applications and Web APIs.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party and external applications.

- Work with Microsoft SQL Server for data-related requirements.

- Perform data mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and migration activities.

- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to deliver effective CRM solutions.





Required Skills

- 8-12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.

- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Strong programming skills in C# and .NET.

- Experience developing Dynamics 365 Plugins.

- Valuable knowledge of JavaScript and Dynamics 365 client-side customization.

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API and REST APIs.

- Experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API development.

- Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.

- Experience in CRM integrations and data migration.

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Solutions, environments, and deployment processes.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
