Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central & LS Retail Functional Consultant with strong exposure to retail and real estate business processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, and end-to-end implementation, supporting finance, supply chain, retail operations, and real estate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, and real estate workflows.
- Configure and implement LS Retail functionalities, including POS operations, store setup, pricing & promotions, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Support real estate business processes, including unit management, lease administration, sales workflows, billing, contract management, and customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, ISV solutions, and customizations.
- Lead and support data migration, UAT planning, user training, and go-live readiness.




- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-implementation support across Business Central, LS Retail, and real estate modules.
- Act as a key functional point of contact for clients, ensuring solution alignment with business objectives.

Skills & Experience

- Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central implementations.
- Robust experience in retail operations, including POS systems, store workflows, and promotions management.
- Solid understanding of real estate processes, such as leasing, property management, sales contracts, billing, payment schedules, and customer lifecycle management.
- Good knowledge of finance, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
- Ability to create detailed functional documentation and effectively coordinate with technical teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with Arabic language is an added advantage for projects in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or LS Retail are a plus.
