Role – MS Dynamics - Business Central – Technical Consultant

Relevant Experience range – 9+ years

- Working within the Development team to, design code structure, develop, test, support and maintain on premise and cloud-based applications for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions
- Create fixes/patches for our clients ‘products where required
- Development of current client products both on premise and cloud based
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support The successful candidate should have:
- Min 6+ years of relevant coding/developing experience for Dynamics Business Central
- Extensive working knowledge of C Side C/AL, C#.NET, T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS programming languages
- BI implementation & development experience
- Knowledge of SQL and Transact-SQL
- Understanding of version control concepts
- Experience with integrations to external applications using pertinent Dynamics NAV/BC tools (e.g. webservices and API)
- Ability to break large development projects into smaller work items




- Ability to design a coding structure that is easy to maintain and expand
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues related to BC code
- Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting technical problems
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Application Developer Responsibilities:

- D365 Business Central Implementation.
- Experience in Cloud Migration.
- Integration using SDKs.
- Technical design, development, and testing of core Dynamics 365 Business Central

Solutions.

- Customizing business logic using AL extensions.
- Data migration and integration mappings.
- Knowledge of Business Central modules – financial management, CRM, project management, supply chain management, etc.
- Should know Nav and Business Central and the processes around it to do a migration from thick client to Business Central.
